What this virtual office includes
The service combines contractual business-address use with weekly digital processing of regular letter mail. It does not include a permanent private office or warehouse.
It is designed for consultants, remote founders, online companies and other businesses that operate flexibly but need a stable Dutch business base.
A conversation before the agreement
After checkout, a colleague contacts you for a short introduction. We discuss the legal entity, its activities and the people involved.
We do not request a formal business plan. Clear company information is necessary so the rental agreement can be prepared correctly and without avoidable delay.
Registration is assessed independently
The agreement documents the permitted use of the address. The Dutch Chamber of Commerce independently evaluates registrations and may request additional information.
International founders should also check incorporation, tax, residence and banking requirements that are separate from the address service.
Weekly digital mail
Regular business letters are received at the chosen location and scanned weekly. This makes correspondence accessible when you are travelling or living abroad.
You remain responsible for monitoring documents and responding within any applicable deadline. Create a regular mail-review routine.
